In The Bag

My golf bag is very organised at the beginning of the year and is very much like an extension of my handbag. I KEEP EVERYTHING IN THERE!!!

However, come the end of the year, you just got to feel sorry for my caddy, because my bag is full of all the bits and bobs that I've collected while on tour.

Anyway, back to what you probably want to know. What are the tools of the trade that I carry round in my (organised/disorganised, depending at what time of year you read this) bag?
Driver Ping G10
I have been using this driver for the past few weeks. It's more forgiving than the other drivers that I have tried this year and it also gives me a few extra yards of the tee.
Fairway Woods Calloway Big Bertha Steelheads

I've used these fairway woods for about 7 or 8 years now and I am very happy with them, they suit my game very well. However, for future tours, I will only be using the 3 and 7 woods.

Hybrid PING G5 Hybrid

I recently took a real good look at the clubs in my bag and two things came out of this inspection. The first thing I soon realised was that I very rarely use my 5 wood, so in a way I had a wasted club in my bag. Secondly, I found that I had a yardage gap between my 4 iron and 7 wood. This Hybrid bridges that gap nicely.

Irons PING Eye 2+ Blue/Black Dot

I've had these irons for years! When I'm done with them PING want them back for their museum. The most important thing here, is that I like them and they work for me. I feel very comfortable with these irons and they are so forgiving.

Sand Wedges PING Eye 2+ & PING Zing 2

The PING Eye 2+ is lofted to 54° and the PING Zing is lofted to 57°, so here it's all about choice and the type of shot dictating which club I use.

Putter PING B60 Nickel

This is practically an antique now and very rare to find. However, I like it and it works for me.
